			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Probably everyone, especially women, hates wrinkles. However we should accept the fact that it is a normal and natural fact on our life. While we can really avoid wrinkles to appear we can do something to delay it. And if you are still at young age, not really at old age I mean, you can reduce or even remove wrinkles from your skin. There are many expensive skin creams you can buy from current market, but actually you can also use home remedies to keep the shape of your skin.</p>
<p>When those expensive creams can give you fast result, this home remedy will needs sometimes to take effects. However using this kind home wrinkle remedies, you don&#8217;t need to spend a lot of money on it, and the best part is, it won&#8217;t give you any side effects that might damage your skin.</p>
<p>Fruit yogurt makes a simple wrinkle mask. Mix in 1 tablespoon of honey, and 1/2 ripe banana for an even better mask. Watermelon is a natural cleanser when crushed and smeared onto the skin; you can use it just by itself or massed up with your favorite fruit yogurt. Test anything you are going to put on your face. You want to make sure it will not cause you to break out.</p>
<p>You can make a cleanser for your face and neck by emptying a few Vitamin E capsules into a cup and then mixing with 2 tablespoons of yogurt, a tablespoon of honey and a tablespoon of lemon juice. Mix together, rub on your face and leave it on for 10 minutes then rinse.</p>
<p>Take seedless grapes, cut them in half and crush them on your face so the juice will be absorbed into your skin. Leave it on for 20 minutes, rinse.</p>
<p>Cook oatmeal with almond milk, add a tablespoon of honey, a couple tablespoons of yogurt and some ground almonds. Apply this in your face, let it dry and wash with lukewarm water then splash with cold water.</p>
<p>If you have sensitive skin, wash your face in warm salty water or fresh squeezed lemon juice with equal parts water. Strain the lemon juice and pour it into a spray bottle, spray your face. After it dries rinse your face with warm water then cold water. This should clean your sensitive skin without irritating your face.</p>
<p>Regular natural facials are important to prevent wrinkles and keep your skin looking good. Before you apply the facial give yourself a facial massage to increase blood circulation. Start with the neck and work your way to the forehead. Use your fingers and massage the mixture into your skin in a circular motion.</p>
<p>Witch hazel is useful for cleaning out the pores before doing a natural facial. It is a natural astringent made from the leaves and bark of the Witch Hazel shrub Hamamelis virginiana. The distilled witch hazel in drug stores typically contains no tannin. The drug store witch hazel is useful for the restoration of old furniture finishes. When poured onto a flat wood surface and left to sit, the witch hazel will soften old lacquer or varnish.</p>
<p>Herbal tea made from red clover, dandelion root, burdock, and echinacea is believed to be good for the skin. You can find these herbs in extracts at your health food store or make an infusion of the dried herbs. You can also get these herbs by the ounce at most health food stores. Red clover is easy to find fresh, it makes a good ice tea just by itself.</p>
<p>Here are a couple recipes to get you started with your home remedies for wrinkles. A trick I use to keep the soap from sticking to the mold is to coat the mold with olive oil before I add the mixture.</p>
<p>Coffee and Cream Soap &#8211; You need 2 tsp. organic coffee beans, 4 oz. soap base, 1 tsp. Heavy whipping cream and 1 tsp. Aloe vera gel.</p>
<p>Grind two teaspoons of organic coffee beans. Melt the soap base. Remove from heat and add the ground beans, organic whipping cream, and aloe vera gel, stir until the mixture is well blinded. Pour the mixture into a mold and let it set until hard.</p>
<p>Rosemary Soap &#8211; You need one pound of soap base, one cup of whole organic milk, 1/2 teaspoon Rosemary pure essential oil. Pour all of the soap mixture into your mold. After the soap hardens, push it out of the mold and go take a bath. This makes a creamy soap that has a great Rosemary smell.</p>
<p>Never apply any essential oil directly to the skin. Rosemary essential oil is not recommended for individuals with high blood pressure or epilepsy.</p>

<p>The medical professionals who work within this field are often identified as physical therapists. Many of these practitioners receive years of education before obtaining a license to practice. PT disciplines are also multifaceted and diverse, ranging from geriatric to orthodontic. Certified therapists are reregistered with the American Physical Therapy Association, and undergo vigorous scrutiny prior to be accepting into the board.</p>
<p>Physical therapy fields</p>
<p>Some physical therapists work within hospitals or centers while others are contractors who work independent of a facility. The kind of physical therapist you work with will greatly depend on what kind of injury or ailment you are addressing.</p>
<p>Orthopedic therapist</p>
<p>This type of therapists deals with injury or disease of the musculoskeletal system. With the use of physical therapy equipment, a therapist may retrain a client on the fundamentals of walking after multiple leg fractures or enable them to regain the use of their hands after invasive surgeries. <p>Geriatric/Pediatric therapist</p>

<p>A neurological patient often relies on the expertise of a physic therapist in this field to combat issues associated with neurological damage. Often these types of practitioners work with people who have been paralyzed and are unable to walk. <p>In the end, the over all goal of physical therapy is to increase the fitness and well being of the patient post surgery or after an accident or prolonged, debilitating illness.</p>

Unknowingly though, you are accumulating toxins in your body. With this scenario happening more and more, you might need to detoxify.</p>
<p>With our ever-dynamic world today, we want our bodies to be constantly active so we can move along with the fast paced lifestyles. Hence, we resort to body stimulants such as coffee, cigarettes, diet pills, drugs and a lot more thinking that they will help the body to stay up all the time, but they do otherwise. These stimulants cause immediate loss of energy and emotional symptoms such as headaches, sickness and depression. They are also considered as toxins in the body.</p>

<p>What are toxins? Toxins are agents that are able to cause body harm. There are two kinds of toxins, the Exogenous or external toxins and Endogenous or internal toxins. The Exogenous toxins come from external sources such as car fumes, tobacco smoke, drugs, factory pollution, etc. On the other hand, the Enogenous toxins come from viral or bacterial infection. Due to metabolism, the body creates its own toxin called Autogenous toxins.</p>
<p>These harmful substances are eliminated in the body in a process called detoxification. Detoxification is the removal of stored toxic products from the bowel, the blood, liver, and kidneys including the great amount of toxic substances stored in body fat to cure chronic diseases such as cancer. The easiest way to detoxify the body is the body detox through a natural diet. To detoxify the body naturally is a change in the diet from a poor to a healthy one. A healthy diet includes raw food diet, specifically, fruits and vegetables.</p>
<p>Naturally, the body detoxifies itself all day. The peak of detoxification occurs when the body is rested during sleep until noon. This is a way for the body to eliminate the toxins acquired from pollution, stimulants and nutrients.</p>
<p>For the ever busy people, you can substitute your stimulants with natural diet to acquire a healthy and active body. Most common stimulants taken by people are refined white sugar, coffee, diet pills, cigarettes and red meat.</p>
<p>Sugar has a stimulating effect. Hence, we feel invigorated when we drink colas. What we do not know, refined white sugar has detrimental effects on the body. Examples of products containing refined white sugar are cola and ketchup. It is advised to cut down on it by using brown sugars like cane sugar which is natural. Fruit juices also give the same kick as to refined white sugar.</p>
<p>Late night workers resort to drinking coffee to keep them awake. As natural substitute to coffee with a detoxifying effect is Japanese or Chinese green tea. The Japanese or Chinese green tea gives the same kick because it also contains caffeine but it does not contain substances that are irritating to the stomach.</p>
<p>Diet pills are also stimulants for the body to be kept alive. This may be observed among athletes specially, during time for competitions because they give more energy. They are being taken albeit the toxic effect in the body. In lieu of this, athletes must take fruits instead due to their natural detoxifying effects.</p>
<p>For cigarette smokers who think smoking stimulates their mind to think, they must think twice for smoking causes cancer. If they take carrots, they will experience the same effect in a more natural way.</p>
<p>For red meat lovers who really feel good and strong after feasting on said food, they better think about cutting on it. Fish is a better substitute.</p>
<p>Now, we understand why our parents keep on reminding us to eat fruits and vegetables. They give us energy in more natural ways plus they keep us fit and healthy.</p>

* On-prescription acne skin care products.</p>

<p>The general acne skin care products are the ones that are used as acne-prevention measure. These include cleansers, make-up removers and similar products that help prevent acne. In the real sense, these acne skin care products are just those that should anyway be part of your daily routine. However, some of these are more oriented to act like an acne skin care product. These acne skin care products act against the causes of acne e.g. limiting the production of sebum/oil and preventing clogging of skin pores. Basically, these acne skin care products prevent the oil from getting trapped in pores and hence hamper the growth of bacteria that lead to acne. The general acne skin care products also include exfoliation products like skin peels. These work towards removing dead skin cells, hence reducing the possibility of pore-clogging and bacteria development.</p>
<p>Then there are specialised acne skin care products that are available over-the-counter i.e. without the need of a prescription. These include products like vanishing creams which extract the extra oil from the skin. Most of these acne skin care products are based on benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid, both of which are the enemies of bacteria (and hence acne). You should start with a product that has lower concentration of benzoyl peroxide (e.g. 5%) and see how your skin responds to it. Alpha-hydroxy-acid based moisturizers are also popular as acne skin care products. You might have to try a few, before you zero-in on the acne skin care product that is effective for you. If nothing seems to work, you should contact a dermatologist.</p>
<p>On-prescription acne skin care products are the ones that are prescribed by a dermatologist. This can include ointments that can be applied on the affected area or oral antibiotics or just any topical treatment. Dermatologist could also suggest a minor surgical procedure to remove the contents of pustules. However, never try to squeeze or do this by yourself, it can lead to permanent damage of your skin. Your doctor could also prescribe a hormone-based treatment (since hormonal changes are also known to cause acne). Such acne skin care products are known to be very effective in some cases.<br />
So, with all those acne skin care products, tackling acne is not that difficult.</p>

<p>With regular exercise you&#8217;ll notice that your quality of sleep is improved and the transition between the cycles and phases of sleep will become smoother and more regular. By keeping up your physical activity during the day, you may find it easier to deal with the stress and worries of your life.</p>

<p>Research and studies indicate that there is a direct correlation between how much we exercise and how we feel afterwards.</p>
<p>You should try and increase your physical activity during the day. The goal here is to give your body enough stimulation during the day so that you aren&#8217;t full of energy at night.</p>
<p>Your body requires a certain amount of physical activity in order to keep functioning in a healthymanner. It is also important to note that you should not be exercising three or four hours before you go to bed.</p>
<p>The ideal exercise time is in the late afternoon or early evening. You want to make sure you expend your physical energy long before it is time for<br />
your body to rest and ready itself for sleep.</p>
<p>You should attempt to exercise at least three or four times a week for a period of 30 minutes or so. You can include walking or something simple. If you prefer, you can include strenuous activities such as running as well.</p>
<p>The goal here is to increase your heart rate and strengthen the capacity of your lungs. By adding a regular exercise activity to your daily schedule<br />
will help you to improve your overall health and help you emotionally as well.</p>
<p>Along with running and walking there are several other physical activities that you can add to your daily life to increase your level of physical activity. If you are battling not sleeping, you&#8217;ll find aerobic exercise to be the best.</p>
<p>Your goal with exercise is to increase the amount of oxygen that reaches your blood stream. Overall, there are many types of aerobic exercise for you to choose from. The activities include running, biking, using a treadmill, dancing, and jumping rope.</p>
<p>There are some non aerobic exercises that you may find beneficial to help you solve your amnesia problem.</p>

Yoga is an exercise that has a stimulatory effect on your nervous system, especially the brain. Yoga utilizes breathing techniques and yoga postures to increase the blood circulation to the brain, promoting regular and restful sleeping patterns. The regular practice of yoga will help you to relax as well as relieve tension and stress.</p>
<p>Tai Chi<br />
Tai Chi is an ancient art of breathing and movement that was developed by the Chinese monks. The movements involved are slow and precise, which is ideal if you have joint pains or you are unable to participate in high aerobic exercises. Research has shown that Tai Chi can help with insomnia by promoting relaxation.</p>
<p>If you discover that you don&#8217;t have any time to exercise on a regular basis, you should try to sneak moments of activity into your schedule.<br />
Whenever possible, you should take the stairs instead of the elevator, as little things like that will do wonders for your body.</p>
<p>You should also park your car around the corner and walk that extra block or two to get to your destination. As you may know, there are many small things you can add to increase the activity in your life. Your overall goal here is to have a healthy and well balanced life &#8211; with plenty of sleep.</p>

Put simply, oily skin is a result of excessive production of sebum (an oily substance that is naturally produced by skin). As is known to everyone, excess of everything is bad; so excessive sebum is bad too. It leads to clogging of skin pores, resulting in accumulation of dead cells and hence formation of pimples/acne. Moreover, oily skin spoils your looks too. So, ‘oily skin care’ is as important as the ‘skin care’ for other types of skin.</p>
<p>The basic aim of ‘oily skin care’ is the removal of excessive sebum or oil from the skin. However, oily skin care procedures should not lead to complete removal of oil. ‘Oily skin care’ starts with the use of a cleanser. However, not all cleansers will work. You need a cleanser which contains salicylic acid i.e. a beta-hydroxy acid that retards the rate of sebum production. Cleansing should be done twice a day (and even more in hot and humid conditions).</p>

<p>Most of the oily skin care products are oil-free; however, it is always good to check the ingredients of the product, before you actually buy it. This is especially important if a product is marked as ‘suitable for all skin types’, instead of ‘oily skin care product’. ‘Oily skin care’ is also dependent on the degree of oiliness, if you aren’t too oily, so some of these ‘suitable for all’- type of products might be work for you too. For extremely oily skin, only oily skin care products are suitable. Your oily skin care routine can include an alcohol based toner (for an extremely oily skin). This can be the second step in your oily skin care routine i.e. just after cleansing. However, excessive toning can harm your skin.</p>
<p>The next step in your oily skin care routine can be a mild moisturiser. Again, the degree of oiliness of your skin will determine whether you need to include this in your oily skin care routine. If you do decide to include a moisturiser, be sure to use one that is oil-free, wax-free and lipid-free.<br />
You could also use a clay mask (say once a week) as an oily skin care measure.</p>
<p>As far as the oily skin care products go, you might need to try out a few before you arrive at the one that is really suitable for your skin.</p>
<p>In case these measures don’t give you the desired result, consult a good dermatologist for advice. He could prescribe stronger oily skin care products like vitamin A creams, retinoids, sulphur creams etc , which can help counter the problems of oily skin.</p>

In the meantime, you have to go through the surgery and take care so that your hair transplant will be successful.</p>
<p>Your hair transplant will not heal unless you keep the newly operated-on skin out of the sunlight. The surgery will make the skin especially sensitive. If you protect the skin on your scalp after getting a scalp hair transplant, you will help the wounds heal much faster.</p>

<p>You can start out by getting some kind of hat. It does not matter what kind of hat it is, as long as it is fairly loose-fitting so that it does not rub on your new hair transplant grafts. You should not have to put up with this for long. After a couple of weeks, you can replace the cap with sunscreen. It should have an SPF of at least 30.</p>
<p>Having just the right amount of blood flow to the hair transplant sites will make a big difference in how fast they heal. For example, you need to make sure you get enough blood flow during the night. You can do this by sleeping on pillows to elevate your head. Your usual pillows can be used, or you can buy wedge-shaped pillows made for this purpose.</p>
<p>On the other hand, you do not want too much blood flow. You should get plenty of rest after your hair transplant surgery. For the first few weeks it is not wise to engage in any physically demanding activities. Then, the blood flow will be too much. Your transplants may start to bleed.</p>
<p>It is important to clean your hair just as your doctor recommends after hair transplant surgery. You will be given a special shampoo to use and specific instructions on how and when to use it. It is necessary to clean gently but thoroughly. At first, you may find yourself rinsing your hair many times a day. Just be sure that you do not bother the hair transplant site by scratching or rubbing it.</p>
<p>Your hair transplant doctor will want you to come in for a check of your transplants about a week after your surgery. Be sure to be at that appointment on time. If you have any questions about how to care for your hair, bring them up at that time.</p>
<p>Ask your doctor when you will be ready to use a comb on your new hair. You might be surprised at how soon you can use one. Then, your doctor will schedule other check-ups, which you should also attend.</p>
<p>At first it may seem as if you have to be very careful with your hair &#8211; and you do! It does not make sense to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars having your hair transplant surgery and then not follow through with good care. However, in no time at all, you will be treating this new hair just as you treated the hair you once had there.</p>
