Now is the time to start a new lifestyle and begin to cut off your unhealthy eating habits such as junk foods, colas and chocolates. Now is the time to prohibit yourself from all these foods and make a brand new list of foods that you will enjoy and also help you succeed in weight loss. These foods are vegetables, fruits and healthy snacks, don’t forget the water to keep you hydrated. You can also add some vitamin supplements to strengthen your immune system.

The third motivating tip is to have or to give yourself some rewards. You should try the reward system, for instance you have lost a lot this week so as a reward you can treat yourself to new shoes or a new handbag or dress. Never reward yourself with foods that you miss.
Next tip is to have a healthy breakfast, this is the most important meal of the day, if you are trying to lose weight, then it is not advisable to skip breakfast, instead make your breakfast full of nutrients and protein to make you full so that your body will require less food at lunch. Skipping meals can be detrimental to your weight loss program.
